1 Definitions & Applicability

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the cg444 website, application, and all associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any individual registered on or using cg444. "We" or "cg444" refers to the entity operating this platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at cg444. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Failure to verify your age will result in immediate suspension or closure of the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all bonuses may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. In the event of false information, cg444 reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds. cg444 may request identity verification documents at any stage.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cg444 currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for all methods)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Policy

• Each user is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met.
• cg444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

Active players at cg444 can be promoted to any one of four VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and contribution on the platform. cg444 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time, and notice of changes will be provided in due course.

6 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

cg444 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false information or fake identities to obtain bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or misleading other users.
• Attempting to breach the security of the system.

If any such activity is detected, cg444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, cancel all bonuses, and forfeit the balance. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

14 General Provisions

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
